Fire Door Services
Here at Fire Door Experts, we work under the guidance of our FDIS and BM Trada’s Q-Mark accreditations for fire door installation and maintenance. This allows us to offer fire door services including; fire door surveys, fire door inspection, fire door supply and installation, and also on-going maintenance of existing fire doors.
This is a full circle offering which makes us stand out from our competitors. This means you can rely on Fire Door Experts for all your fire door requirements.
Above all, our qualified and experienced technicians have the proficiency to work with you to ensure you are complying with current fire regulations.
Fire Door Survey & Inspection
Our fire door technicians can provide a thorough inspection of all the fire doors in your building(s). By following BM Trada’s Q-Mark guidelines, you are assured all items of a fire door’s functionality with regards its passive fire protection integrity are included, unlike many general Fire Risk Assessments.
Following the survey, Fire Door Experts will submit a detailed fire door survey report and cost estimate. Pricing includes making fire doors fit for purpose and maintaining them back to their originally designed fire rating. Should a door be found to be beyond economical repair, or non-fire rated, pricing will be offered to replace on a like-for-like basis.
Fire Door Supply & Installation
We offer a certified fire door installation service, accredited to BM Trada’s Q-Mark scheme. This meets current legislation and provides reassurance that your fire doors are installed correctly and will provide efficient passive fire protection.
As true Fire Door Experts, all types of fire doors can be installed; entrance doors, communal doors, riser doors, emergency exit doors, timber doors, metal doors…
Fire Door Maintenance
A suitable system of maintenance should be in place for fire doors to ensure they are in efficient working order, and providing the protection they were designed for. This is covered under both the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the recently published Fire Safety Bill.
We can work with you to carry out these maintenance works and ensure all fire safety regulations remain in place, with BM Trada Q-Mark certification provided post completion.
