  • The upgrade of circa 400 existing paint grade and oak veneer fire doors throughout 9 floors of the Commerzbank building.
  • Out of hours installation was required as the trading floors of the building were not accessible during daylight hours.
  • Works included replacement hinges, routing out and installing new and replacement intumescent fire strips, adjusting door closers, new signage, new fire rated vision panels and beading, and the installation of new oak veneer doors where existing doors beyond repair.
  • This project also involved the replacement of 2 sets of steel fire doors in the basement.
  • Works carried out over 3 months during the end of 2016.
